TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ATTENDANCE

  • Children should arrive no more than 10 minutes prior to session commencing and must be collected no more than 10 minutes after the session ends. Acting Up! tutors and volunteers cannot be responsible for taking children home.
  • Payments will be returned if a class has to be cancelled due to minimum numbers not being achieved.
  • All children must be signed out/collected from inside the rehearsal venue unless written permission is provided by parent/carer or guardian that the child may leave unattended at the end of the session (eg to make their own way home either alone or with friends, or when being met by their responsible adult waiting in a car)
  • Acting Up! reserves the right to remove from our programme, without refund, anyone who is found to be bullying, misbehaving or displaying disruptive or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Fiona Retalic or any of the staff at Acting Up! (whether paid or volunteer) are not responsible for any loss or injury during classes, workshops or holiday clubs.
  • You must declare any medical conditions, special needs, allergies etc during registration and this must be kept up-to-date, with all changes notified by emailing the Acting Up! Principal at - fionaretalic@gmail.com / 07894 138890
  • You must declare if you do not want your child to be photographed for marketing use and keep us up-to-date should this change using the given email address or phone number above.
  • Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received. Paid for spaces will be given priority.
  • You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.
  • We don't issue refunds for missed sessions due to your own circumstances
  • If there are any sessions missed due to typical bad weather, Acting Up! will offer a make-up session, or parents will be refunded.
